Observations, Creations, and Reflections (OCR) gathers my research, writing, and projects, developed with institutions internationally.

The work traces a single question across art, architecture, design, and human health: how the environments we build shape the way we live, are cared for, and die. That territory is now called the medical humanities; I have been working in it, under other names, for thirty years.

OCR proceeds from a conviction — that culture is not ornament but infrastructure, and that re-imagining the spaces of health and daily life is among the more serious things a society can undertake.
