[person name=”Janis Jefferies” picture=”https://ocradst.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/JJ_20001.jpg” title=”OCR Board Member”]Janis Jefferies is Professor of Visual Arts and Associate Pro Warden for the Culture and Creative Industries, Goldsmiths, University of London, UK where she is also Senior Research Fellow, Constance Howard Resource and Research Centre in Textiles and Artistic Director of Goldsmiths Digital Studios, a research centre across Arts and Technology which encompasses the PHD in Arts and Computational Technology. She has exhibited internationally, published widely, is an Associate Research Fellow with Hexagram (Institute of Media, Arts and Technologies, Montreal, Canada),  on the international advisory visual arts board of Aarthus University Faculty of the Arts, Denmark and co curator of the first Hangzhou Fiber Triennial in China, opening in the Autumn 2013.
